Cancellation and Replacement Policy

  • Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres reserves full right to refuse/cancel a service requested by User. A request for cancellation shall be made by User within 14 days of requesting the service. Upon acceptance of cancellation request, User will be eligible to receive a full refund less 2%, to be deducted as Service Fee.
  • Cancellations received after stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. 
  • All refund requests must be made by the User or credit card holder and must include the name of the User and/or transaction number. 
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment within 30 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
