Refund/Return Policy

  • If customer canceled the order during the first 14 days of the order placement, he will be eligible for full refund less 2% to be deducted as service fees.
  • If customer canceled the order after 14 days of the order placement or in case of not show up, he will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All refund requests must be made by the User or credit card holder and must include the name of the User and/or transaction number. 
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment within 30 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
